These terms apply to all locksmith services requested through this site or by phone, for private individuals, businesses, and property management companies (syndics).

Prices shown on this site are starting prices for the standard case. The exact price is confirmed by phone before travel, and agreed with the customer before any work begins — see /tarifs for the current price list.

In accordance with French regulations in force since 24/01/2017, a written quote is provided before any work, whatever the amount, and must be accepted before work starts.

Payment terms and accepted methods are communicated at the time of the quote. Pending confirmation for publication here.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to urgent repair or maintenance work explicitly requested by the customer to be carried out immediately.

For non-urgent work booked in advance, applicable withdrawal terms, if any, are communicated at the time of the quote.

Installations are covered by a guarantee. Exact terms and duration are communicated with your written quote.

The tradesperson carries professional liability insurance for the work performed.

Any complaint should first be addressed directly to us via /contact. Details of the designated consumer mediator, as required under French law, will be published here once confirmed.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
